1 全员质量管理培训不到位 ISO9001标准中明确要求“全员参与”为八项质量管理原则之一。说明实施质量管理体系需要全员参与;需要每一名员工都能自觉地按照体系要求做,做所写的、记所做的,这也是质量管理体系有效运行的保证。不能在培训过程中,只重视开始,不重视过程和结果;只注重内部审核员不注重基层技术骨干和操作人员;只关注标准,不关注程序和作业性文件的培训。在这方面我公司存在培训不到位的问题,各个基层部门质量管理人员缺少,底子薄弱。

 2 质量管理信息沟通不顺畅 质量管理体系信息沟通就是依据归口业务的范围和体系文件的规定进行信息传递,同时做好相应的记录或证据的获取。我公司主要是汽车整车生产,其中四大工序(冲压、焊接、涂装和总装)是紧密相连的,上道工序的不良直接影响下道工序的生产质量,因此各生产车间的质量信息的及时传递也变得很重要,我公司缺少动态的质量信息传递的平台,当发现质量问题的时候只是技术人员单纯的打电话进行口头传递,没有及时进行信息的记录供以后分析和追究。
